- Packages shipped by Air get to you within 3-5 Business Days. This method is best for light to medium weight shipments. Heavier and restricted shipments are automatically sent by Sea.

Weightless shipments refer to over-sized items which are calculated by the dimensions and not the weight. Items classified as such either cannot fit on an airplane or would result in disruption in the normal free-flow of the packing process.

RESTRICTED SHIPMENTS
Please note the following items cannot not be legally imported and therefore will be disposed of at your expense: Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc. If it has a battery there is a very high probability that our freight forwarding partners will label it as unsafe to ship by air, and these shipments will be sent via Sea Freight. Please allow up to Seven (7) Business Days for Processing.
